Did you see the link elusis posted? It looks like it was compiled by a fellow MCAS sufferer, so there's some interesting info there.

I was hopeful prior to getting Covid that the fact that I was already on an MCAS med protocol (heavy-duty H1 and H2 blockers, mast cell stabilizer) would mean I had a lesser course of illness, but it didn’t end up turning out that way for me (either with the initial illness or Long Covid). Still, I did immediately put both the kids on a daily H1 and H2 blocker for the duration of their illnesses, just in case.
