Welp, for better or for worse the energy audit got done today. Hopefully everything passes. The auditor wants some receipts, so next I have to see if I can pry them out of the contractor. (Who is apparently not talking to me now, or at least not responding to any of my texts. Think he knows I'm pissed?)

Only an alibi sentence last night. I was just tapped out.

He;s a tradie, not a moron. And one who hasn't respected you (his health issues or not), and who I assume what the audit means.

Do the auditors have a system for dealing this situation? Or is it all on you to prove it? I assume the latter, but on Grand Designs they seem to not need receipts.

In theory the general work orders I have would function as receipts for the work - but she needs to fill in the exact specs on the doors on windows to show that they are good enough to qualify. If he can even give me the brand name I can look them up and use that info.
