After a successful Catalyst 2003 weekend in Toronto, Canada still hasn't gotten enough of Goteki and Deathboy yet, so they are off to Montreal.
The two Wasp Factory artists will play Tue Sep 2 at the legendary Foufounes Electriques at 87 Ste-Catherine St E in Montreal.
ABOUT GOTEKI
When Gary Numan asked "Are Friends Electric?", he must have been dreaming of Goteki.
Stepping straight out an Atari meets anime universe, Goteki are futuristic visions in neon and chrome. Following up their impressive EP, Fight the Saucerman, with their first full-length album, Goteki O/S, both released on Wasp Factory Records, this space-age trio creates spine-rattling electro with a throbbing heart and soul driving the synthesized drone, underlaid with an unmistakeable new wave sweetness. Sardonic vocals that dip into reserves of warmth rise through layers of sound, like HAL brought to life and coming back to show us the way.

ABOUT DEATHBOY
The UK's answer to Nine Inch Nails? The UK scratches it's head, and can't quite remember asking the question, but Deathboy delivered regardless.
Deathboy was brought to life in 1996 as the solo project of Scott Deathboy. After 6 years of going it alone, he created Deathboy as a full-fledged band in 2002 and partnered with Wasp Factory Records, who have just released Deathboy's first commercial album, Music To Crash Cars To. Sullen moody music with an appreciation for the majesty of a heavy bassline and the power of a strong beat, Deathboy are a force to be reckoned with.

Catch Goteki and Deathboy at the Foufs for one more Canadian engagement before they head back to the UK.
Last minute, I know, but we just found out about it. Spread the word if you can, they put on a fucking amazing show.
