I know there are a few women on my friends list to whom this applies.

There is a publication in the works that is seeking essays from women who are living with chronic illness. Examples include (but are not limited to) diabetes, MS, fibromyalgia, CFS, arthritis, lupus, cancer survivors, HIV/AIDs and mental illness.
