First jab successfully jabbed!

It turns out to be this trial. Axe & I went together and the doctor said he thought the doses were just alternated with the placebo so chances are good at least one of us got the real thing. In three weeks we get the second jab, and then in three months they'll swap. So we'll both be fully immunized by mid-summer. There's an app to be updated with symptoms every day and a bunch of follow-up questionnaires to be filled out. And of course, regular car rentals to get to Brampton. Well worth it, IMO.

My blood pressure was unusually high and I told him it was because I was nervous. "I haven't been into a doctor's office in over a year!" It was back to normal by the time he measured it again.
