Whenever I walk past somebody who is watering their sidewalk, I always have the overwhelming urge to wish them a good harvest.

I feel like smacking them upside the head with a shovel, or dobbing them in to the Water Corp.

I often wonder if they realize how much they spend on the water used to water the sidewalk, or in some cases, to wash down their house EVERY DAY. Then again, half of Toronto doesn't have metered water, so I guess that's something they don't worry about.
