Exactly 363 days from now, I will be 50 years old.

Well I'll be dipped.

Axel & Shannon are already plotting nefarious deeds. I am assured there will be dancing girls.

So the big question is when to have it. January 2nd is kind of a non-started because everybody is broke and wobbly after the holidays. I had my 40th in February and we had a massive blizzard. Which ended up with some good stories, but I think I'd like to have different stories after this one.

So what do you think? Spring? Summer? What works for you?

Well, I feel young now. :)

Obviously I don't know your seasons, but here I have my birthday fall in the tail end of high summer, and it's damned painful, all sweaty and too hot to move half the time.

I imagine that isn't an issue for those of you closer to the Arctic Circle, but even still I prefer spring.

End of summer is bloody hot and sweaty here too. Toronto in particular is super muggy because we are right on the lake.
