So. I got the results from my cardiac tests yesterday. There appears to be a problem. Next step is an angiogram.

They better not make me take out all my piercings again for this, dammit. I just got them back.

Oh, and another thing? All those optimists out there can go suck something with warts. All that reassuring myself that everything would be fine does for me is add a layer of gobsmacked once the bad news does finally catch up. Fuck that. I'm going back to being bitter, pessimistic and unsurprised.

Saturday I am going to get nice & drunk.

Are they going to do an angioplasty if needed? An Edmontonian we both know had hers go fine; my dad was in a coma for six weeks. I will hope for results like the first set but will help you drink.

If necessary. The hope is of course that the obstruction is minor and can be dealt with without surgery. But I guess I'll be finding out.
