the_siobhanSo I uh, kinda fell of the cliff in the last couple of months.
Fucked part is I could feel it coming. The brain weasels have been getting a little louder, my ability to deal with stress is taking a big hit, my spoons for keeping up with things like oh, paying my bills has been starting to slide. Until I finally had to admit that the depression is back.
Then I spent a couple of weeks feeling depressed about that. Heh.
Fortunately the feeling sorry for myself part is easy to shake off, and once that's gone I can get off my ass and deal with the rest. It's actually nice out in Toronto right now and I can walk down the street without doing the mince-wild flailing-mince method of perambulation, so I'm going to do more of that. Probably today.
