"Please blow your nose," in as neutral a tone as you can manage, every time he starts with the sniffing. Followed by "Then go someplace where I don't have to listen to you," if he refuses. I couldn't understand how my teenager's CONSTANT FUCKING SNIFFING didn't bother him, or why he'd rather suck the snot into his sinuses than throw it in the trash, but now he has gone someplace where I don't have to listen to him (Montreal).
