I am specifically looking for SF/fantasy books and short stories.

I want recommendations of work by writers of colour.

Bonus points if the writers are women or non-cis.

I have a few authors on my list already to check out, (Octavia Butler and Nalo Hopkinson were the first names I came up with) but I want to see what other suggestions I get.

Zen Cho, her first novel is "Sorceror to the Crown"
Sofia Samatar
Amal El-Mohtar (who is also Canadian)
Nnedi Okorafor -- her novella Binti is one of the best things I've read this year, and is up for lots of awards
NK Jemisin
Alyssa Wong -- she writes more horror than SF/F, which I don't read, but what I can read has been wonderful
Tananarive Due (I haven't read her stuff yet, but it is highly recommended)
Aliette de Bodard
Sunil Patel
John Chu
S.L. Huang -- her heroine whose "superpower" is math is awesome.
Isabel Yap -- her novella "Milagroso" is up on tor.com (LOTS of authors of color on tor.com, actually)
Caren Gussof
Kai Ashante Wilson

"Long Hidden" and "Mothership: Tales from Afrofuturism and Beyond" are both excellent anthologies

It's Nalo Hopkinson

I have read:
NK Jemisin — I like everything she's written, but my favorite is the Inheritance series.
Saladin Ahmed—I liked the short stories I read
Alaya Dawn Johnson—I've read The Summer Prince, many people have recommended her other novels
Walter Mosley—he writes mostly detective series but also some SF/fantasy (47, Futureland)
Shweta Narayan—I've read some of her short stories
Nisi Shawl—Filter House, a collection of short stories
Colson Whitehead—The Intuitionist
Indu Sundaresan—The Twentieth Wife
Marjorie M. Liu—A Taste of Crimson (paranormal romance)
Kazuo Ishiguro—Never Let Me Go
Witi Ihimaera—Whale Rider
Tananarive Due—Joplin's Ghost
Ted Chiang—I've liked some of his short stories

I mostly picked up these short story collections via crowdfunding campaigns and haven't read them yet, but they might be of interest to you based on what you're looking for:

Beyond the Binary: Genderqueer Speculative Fiction, edited by Brit Mandelo (has a couple of POC authors)
Dark Matter, SF from African Diaspora, edited by Sheree R. Thomas (this is an older book)
We See a Different Frontier - edited by Fabio Fernandes
Outlaw Bodies - edited by Lori Selke and Djibril al-Ayad

Ted Chiang (Short SF about sciences that usually aren't included in hard SF. Some really stunning.)
Ken Liu (Fantasy and SF, stories, novels, and translations. My favorites are his short SF.)
Malinda Lo (queer YA fairytales)
