Viva Las Vegas

Been talking to a friend lately about our respective results to the purity test. Going over it again made me realize I'd forgotten a bunch of stuff -- my score is lower than I originally thought.
Ye Gods, people. I should look like Keith Richards.
-----------------------------------------
I fell down the stairs the other night going for a pee. Not terribly unusual for me, I'm blind and groggy when I wake up out of a sound sleep. The unusual part is that these steps are covered in carpet, so instead of just a few mysterious bruises ("How did you get that?" "Fuckt if I know.") they peeled patches of skin off my legs. I feel like I've had a hostile encounter with a garlic press.
I should also have more scars.
-----------------------------------------
Did I tell you I went to Vegas by accident?
How does one go some place by accident? one might ask. Well the answer is, I went to Phoenix for a couple of days with
bcholmes. On the way back the plane to Toronto was overbooked, so they routed some of us through Vegas. We were there for about four hours and got to wander around downtown in the midst of all the glitz and drunken tourists.
Holy crapsicles, Batman. Nothing I could say could do the place justice. It was like being on the set from Caligula.
I discovered that gambling bores the snot out of me.
bcholmes, on the other hand, absolutely loved it. Not what I expected at all.
The funny part is that I'm prepping to leave on a roadtrip through the US that will land us in Vegas in time for Convergence 9.
In fact, I should probably go pack or something. Not that I have much to bring, most of my clothes are in storage.
"What are you wearing to Convergence?"
"Black!"
See you in a couple of weeks.
