I can feel it. It's been creeping up on me for a while now. It hurts and it makes me aggressive nad mean. I lose my ability to focus, I become immobilized, frightened, numb.

I start to hate myself, and imagine that others hate me.

Fuck this shit.

Time to fucking do something about it.
