What does it mean when you get bored of shooting hookers?

After a few gutshots and bludgeonings I just said "enh" and started trying to reenact 9/11, only instead of a 747 it was a seaplane and instead of the twin towers it was hookers.

It was sad in some ridiculous Palahniuk way, but I couldn't quite put my finger on it.
